Hand sanitizer

Any good sanitizer to recommend?? I'm currently using mircoshield

Not comfortable with sanitizer as I'm worried about the chemicals. Just normal wet wipes or wash hands if possible. Sometimes, I just tell myself that alittle of dirt is good for their immune system. :)

hand sanitizer is necessary as my in laws smokes and they dont have a habit of washing their hands with soap before touching baby
