Hi good morning. Naka receive ako ng message from our HR na may kailangan kaming isubmit na additional form which is yung " Allocation of Maternity Leave Credits". Ano ba ibig sabihin neto? Ayoko kasi na submit lang ako ng submit tapos hindi ko alam ibig sabihin hehehehe. Regarding pala ito sa SSS Maternity Benefits na makukuha namin. Thanks po!
