The sore boobs and cramping ay normal pregnancy symptoms talaga, kaya super valid ang test result mo! I'd say get a blood test ASAP lang sa clinic para ma-confirm properly and makita ang hCG levels mo, kasi mas accurate siya than PT at alam mo exactly kung gaano kataas, plus para ma-check up na rin if everything's okay sa early stage.
