Actually, yes, may slight chance na mag-bleed pa kahit may binder kasi the uterus is still contracting and healing talaga, especially 1 week post-partum, pero yan normal lang, not necessarily because of the binder itself. Mas importante na monitor mo ang flow (kung super heavy or may malaking clots) at suriin with your OB if it gets heavier kasi sometimes binder can trap heat which some docs say might affect the lochia, but honestly a few of us moms used binders after normal delivery with no issues, just make sure it's not too tight and change your pads frequently. Pacheck-up lang sa doctor mo best to be safe, especially kung worried ka about the bleeding!
