OVERDUE OR NOT?

Hello. Good evening.Meron po ba ako same case dito? Due date ko na po tomorrow based on my ultrasound. Feb 23 2022 po..Pero upon installing ung app ng Asian Parent, March 2 2022 ung due date ko based sa 1st day ng aking last mens. Last Feb 15 nag 1CM na po ako ang malambot na din daw cervix. Meron na din ako nararamdaman na contractions. Tomorrow din po balik ko sa midwife for check up.. Kinakabahan kasi ako baka maoverdue ako. 😢 #pleasehelp #pregnancy

Ay mama, totally understand ang kaba mo, ginawa din ito ng karamihan sa amin na may discrepancy between ultrasound at LMP dates! The good news is you're already 1cm dilated and may contractions na, so your body is definitely getting ready, and di ka overdue based sa ultrasound date pa lang (tomorrow pa). Mukhang perfect timing na ang check-up mo bukas with your midwife, she'll be able to reassure you and see kung gaano kalayo na talaga ang labor progression mo, kaya just breathe and trust your body. A few of us found na ang ultrasound dating sa early pregnancy is usually more accurate anyway, especially for dating purposes, so Feb 23 is likely your real due date. You're in good hands, at it sounds like labor could happen anytime now, stay positive, hydrate, at get some rest while you can!
