Transverse

Aw hon, don't worry too much, transverse lie at 28 weeks is actually super common and maraming babies pa lang ang nag-turn on their own before the due date, so there's still plenty of time! A few of my mum friends had the same thing at that stage and by 36 weeks their babies were already head-down na, kaya just keep monitoring with your midwife at follow the movements. Pero since you're concerned, it's best to ask your doctor or midwife what exercises or positions might help encourage baby to turn, some swear by crawling, pelvic tilts, or just being active. Keep your follow-ups regular so they can track kung nag-shift na, and try not to stress yourself kasi ramdam din ng baby yan. You've got this, mama!
