Both for sss and philhealth, it's not about how many total contributions you have made but how active is your current membership. for sss: "The member has paid at least three (3) months of contributions within the 12-month period immediately before the semester of her childbirth or miscarriage/emergency termination of pregnancy" https://www.sss.gov.ph/sss/appmanager/pages.jsp?page=maternity So kung continues naman po ang naging contributions nyo since nagresign kayo, walang problema. Better to login to your sss online para makita nyo exactly kung magkano pwede nyo makuha. Sa Philhealth, hindi ko po sure exactly how many months pero medyo similar conditions sa sss. Pero unlike sss na once naglapse na ang due date for the past period ay hindi nyo na mahuhulugan, mas lax po ang philhealth sa pagbabayad ng mga unpaid months specially if with valid reasons naman. So better po to inquire directly sa philhealth para mabayaran nyo rin kaagad yung needed contributions nyo kung pwede ☺️
