I got +4 in sugar during my last trimester. 2 weeks nalang before giving birth tumaas pa ang sugar ko. Better to ask your OB mamsh kahit tawagan mo lang thru phone. Nung ako ginawa ko po is binawasan ko ang sweets, less rice then more water. As in matatabang nalang kinakain ko.
Yung sa protein po you can change your diet naman po, but nag 2+ ka kasi sa sugar. Baka need mo na po mag pa FBS and OGTT.
