Try mo mumsh ang abdominal binder pag po maglalakad or matagal na nakatayo. Rest po kayo with support sa back area tas elevate po yung legs then pump po yung paa for exercise. If matutulog po, lagay po pillow in between legs and sa likod po. If unbearable pain na po, inform your OB na for pain reliever, safest po is Paracetamol.
