Just notify your hr po then hihingi siya sayo ng ultrasound report para malaman yung duedate mo, then siya na mag notify sa sss, then after waiting kanalang sa mga hihingin pa ni hr sayo.
For starters, you need to inform your hr then need mo magpasa ng MAT 1 form to notify the SSS.
