Allergic rhinitis with cough

Good afternoon mommies! Pwede ba uminom ng allerta while 36weeks pregnant? May allergic rhinitis kasi ako then ngayon may ubo na po. Kasi ayun recommend ni OB, pero pag chineck ko sa internet mismong unilab na nag sabi hindi nila nirerecommend sa buntis. Please help me or any advice po. Salamat#firsttimemom #advicepls
