Negative PT result

Good afternoon mga momsh. Ask ko lang po, kasi more than 2 weeks na akong delayed. NagPT ako nung January 18 tsaka 21 and it came out negative. So nagwait po ulit ako ng 1 week after my last PT. Come January 28, nagPT na ulit ako kc few days earlier nakafeel ako ng pananakit ng dede and super sensitive yung nipples ko and yung puson ko ramdam kong medyo lumaki but the PT result is still negative. Anu po ba ang possible na cause of having negative result sa PT but ang pakiramdam mo sa katawan mo eh buntis k na nga. Salamat po sa sasagot ?
