I think it depends on the baby’s age. If baby can’t stand, then tape diapers is probably easier. If you have a toddler that can stand and cooperate while you change, then pants is alright. I once brought my 1 yr + toddler to Taiwan, and there were no diaper changing facilities, so I had to go with her into a very tiny adult cubicle in the ladies toilet. She had pooped and was wearing diaper pants. It was extremely difficult changing her and wiping her down properly 😅
I think pants will be easier...with tape you have to place baby lying down and its not always convenient when traveling...however your baby would have to be able to fit pants diaper...coz if its too loose...defeats the purpose
Pants can stay on better if baby is active and running around. But pants are also bulkier so for traveling I think tape is better for packing to save space.
Depends on how old is your baby. If he can stand or learning to stand and know how to hold onto the wall, pants is a good option.
Personal preference. I like pants cuz easier to change.
Pants is much for convenient when travelling.
