Mine was 6 weeks @ O&G clinic upon knowing pregnancy and due to bleeding. Did scan and check up total $140. Got referred from private clinic so the amount is not subsidised. 8 weeks for dated scan medication $80 (after going to polyclinic to get referral so I can get sub) 10 weeks for FTS blood test 12 weeks for FTS scan $170 20 weeks for anomaly scan , haven’t go yet So far these were my appointments.

The gynae is just trying to ensure that your pregnancy is stable before giving you a 4-6weeks appt. Mine was like that too until the 3rd scan, after which it will be spaced out. No more scans until 20 wks or so..

noted, thanks.

i've gt my scans & checks almost monthly for a subsidized patient.you can change your appointments if u call in to KKH.the app via the sms link somehow will never have new available slots.

my first stage of pregnancy is like tat too. back to back scannings & check ups. plus mine is a high risk pregnancy. so i have to go down to KKH every week to meet different specialist😊

up to week 12, the appointment is like every 2 weeks (scan and doctor review).. after that will space out already, more than 2 weeks than can scan or see doctor

They might be just trying to monitor your fetus closely in the first trimester. From second trimester, I think appts would be monthly.

i’m sure you can change appt, what if really can’t make it? just call the hotline and request for later date appt.

call the Hotline to request change of appointment if you cannot make it on your scheduled slot.

I went for my first check up around wk 7 in Feb. My second visit was 4 wks later.
