Solids for 6 month old
Are you giving once or twice a day and morning + afternoon or morning + night? And how much to give? Does your baby push poop until the face turns red like mine?

I gave twice a day as my baby loves the solid food. She is on milk in the morning and have solid for lunch and dinner. Sometimes as taking solids need more effort with digestion, the poop wont be as soft as when breastfeeding. My 2nd chils always turn red when he use force or stretch hard - sometimes when he poop.
