Anxiety over C-Section

Giving birth via C-Section next Tuesday , been really nervous about it since i have major phobia rowards needles n knifes 😭 Having sleepless nights since knowing the date for C-Section , how do i ease my anxiety over this ? Having C-Section at KKH , any MOMs can share their experience#firstbaby #pleasehelp #advicepls ?

I had my elective csect last April at TMC as I wasn't dilated and baby is due, the whole process lasted 15 minutes max. Totally painless! The operating theatre has cheerful music on, the doctor and nurses were casually chatting while taking the baby out, everything happened so quickly and so casually. I was so impressed with the csect procedure, it is the greatest invention ever. Now, please don't worry about and look forward to it and enjoy it! Because it'll be over before you even noticed!
