Baby food

Well I did make it into puree for my boys when they were that age. it's good to let babies try as many food as they can. just make sure it's cooked? I boil it like a soup, with lesser water and then blend them/mash the beetroot into paste and feed them. some aim to let the infants taste 100 food by one year old. I think moderation and don't force the baby is the key. you can also cut the boiled and soft beetroot into finger size and let them experience grabbing it and feeding themselves too
