He’s probably hungry? Some babies do cluster feeding before bedtime. Try feeding him a smaller amount of milk if the previous feeding is within 1.5hrs? Develop (or retry) a sleep routine. Bath, feeding, lullabies, switching off lights to create a dark environment for sleeping, etc. Need to start sleep training your baby. Put him on the bed/cot and let him sleep on his own after he’s calmed down. Another thing with 4 months old baby is sleep regression. It’s quite common cause of growth spurt so usually they’re extra hungry, the excitement of rolling over for the first time, the pain cause by teething, etc. Avoid over-stimulation towards his bedtime. Offer a latch. Offer a bottle. Make sure he gets his uninterrupted nap times during the day so that he doesn’t get overtired which makes it even more difficult for him to go to sleep. Massage his tummy, bicycle his legs...well it could be gas? Good luck and let us know how you manage! Good stuff must share ok! ❤️
Hi, Try to set a regular time for putting baby to sleep. Try to make quiet environment so that the baby is not disturbed. You can also sing lullabies as it helps in soothing the baby to go to sleep
Set a bedtime routine. Off the lights, play some white noises and get him use to it. Make the room as quiet as possible so he knows it is bedtime
are you open to giving him a pacifier?
