Braxton hick
Getting BH on a daily basis and currently at 31 weeks. Timing not so consistent but occurs a lot in a day and happens everyday. Is this normal? Anyone else experienced this

it's normal. but usually BH just tightness without pain. Preparing us for real labour. But you can monitor, start using the contraction count/tracker to keep track and inform your gynae on next visit. However if it's frequent and timing very near, you might want to go for further checks. I've heard some given a bedrest due to this. My SIL was also given bedrest and HL due to this.
