Hi GD mothers, how do you all find the time to walk for 30 mins after each meals and snacks ? The ODAC was asking me to walk 30 mins after every meals and snacks. That's like 3h in a day. Need to work in office, can't find the time to walk actually. How do you all cope with that to lower the blood sugar level ?

hi mummy! i could only walk after my lunch on the weekends, but for snacks and other mealtime, i usually dont 😅 for me my reading has been fine. i completely avoid sweet drinks/desserts and drink plenty of water. once a mth there will be a spike in my blood sugar reading, but my gynae told me that its impt to recognise what caused it so i know what to avoid or control. try to get healthier options for yr meals, more protein and veggies, less carbs, and get wholemeal options. my sister who had GDM drank Calla Milk too since its suitable for GDM and also helps with milk suppy! just got myself a box to see hw the taste is like hehe. all the best mummy!
