Hi GD mothers, how do you all find the time to walk for 30 mins after each meals and snacks ? The ODAC was asking me to walk 30 mins after every meals and snacks. That's like 3h in a day. Need to work in office, can't find the time to walk actually. How do you all cope with that to lower the blood sugar level ?

Hi mummy! GDM mummy here! 30mins!!?? My gynae and dietician only tells me to walk 15mins a day and look after my sugar level. What i did was, i cut down my sugar intake, start taking bread that have LOW G.I. I stop drinking soya bean frm mr bean and just get the Nutri Soy Low sugar/ Low G.I, no sweet drinks, even if i want to i just get the no sugar. Just walk around in office should be fine. Its all about food in take tbh. Just take good care of what u eat. Once u give birth, u need to come back again after 6 weeks to have glucose test check! Im coming bck this march. So good luck to me! I been drinking this Calla Milk that i get frm shopee, its a malaysian brand that helps pregnancy women maintaining sugar level and it helps me! Frm 5.3-11.5-10 and now im at 5-5.2 reading. And ya! Old people always says this "if ure diabetic during pregnancy, its just normal..it will go off once u give birth." Just take care of what u eat and drink and rest MORE!
