Bleeding and wounded nipples

Just gave birth a week ago and on my first week ng breastfeeding with baby. Ano ginagawa nyo mga breastfeeding mommies para masoothe yung sugat sa nipples nyo? Any idea gaano katagal magheal to?

nipple cream (lansinoh), or breast milk nyo po konting patak tapos hayaan lang matuyo nagheal po sa akin around after 2-3 weeks
