Just gave birth 2 days ago. Feels like blood coming out is lesser. Can I just wear underwear without pad?

I think you can monitor the outflow. Probably can use sanitary pad on normal underwear if that makes you more comfortable. I did experience low outflow then suddenly heavy again. So I guess best to have a little pad, just in case 😅
Mine was less too like a few drops only but I still wear a normal flow pad cos the post partum blood will come again on & off till 6-8 weeks pp.
Mine was heavy for quite some time! Its really up to your comfort?
