Ahhh I feel you! Areola kering dan mengelupas memang common masa pregnant dan postpartum, hormones lah tu. A few of us dari mom group tried gentle moisturising dengan Mama's Choice Face Moisturiser or even nipple cream if it's really irritated (they're safe for breastfeeding), tapi most important is jangan garu or pick at it sebab boleh jadi masalah. If it doesn't improve dalam 1-2 minggu or terasa sakit/ada discharge, better check with your gynae or lactation consultant just to be safe, especially kalau you're breastfeeding!
