Gaano po katotoo na kapag exclusive breastfeeding ka hindi ka mabubuntis for the first 6 months. Any testimonies? Salamat po 🧡
Hindi 100% na sure and effective if you want to use EBF as contraceptive dahil may mga requirements na dapat masunod at once na may di kayo nameet may tendency na maging pregnant ka pa rin kahit EBF ka pa rin mommy.
Based on my experience lang sis. After 2 mos nagdo na kami, twice pa un na sa loob nya gnawa pero hindi ako nabuntis. Pero di na namin inulit, nag contraceptive nako, mahirap na baka masundan agad haha.
May certain conditions po na dapat mameet para maging effective sya. And just like any other contraceptive, hindi po sya 100% fool proof.
