Honestly, LAM (Lactational Amenorrhea Method) works best kung strictly breastfeeding ka talaga, like exclusively, walang formula, walang solids pa, at kung hindi pa bumalik ang period mo, pero hindi siya 100% reliable kaya maraming nanay na nag-combine pa rin with another method to be safe! A few of us tried it but nag-shift na kami to pills or IUD after a few months kasi nervous kami, especially pag bumili ng bahay or planning the next baby. Best talaga na konsultahin mo ang OB mo para sa best option para sa situation mo, especially pag exclusive breastfeeding ka ba talaga or may gumagamit ka nang formula, important yan sa calculation ng effectiveness nito.
