From what I know, the sonographer can estimate baby's weight based on measurements like head circumference, femur length, at belly size, pero hindi 100% accurate kasi every baby develops differently, a few of us moms were surprised na ang estimated weight sa last ultrasound ay quite different from birth weight namin. If you're worried about baby's growth, best to ask your OB directly kung normal ba ang measurements based sa weeks mo, kasi sila ang makakasabi ng accurate assessment!
