Hi mama! After normal delivery, usually kayo ay magdudulot ng dugo (lochia) for about 2-6 weeks, depende sa bawat mama, some of us bleed heavier sa first week tapos nagiging lighter na. It's totally normal, pero if you're soaking through pads super mabilis or may malaking clots, better check with your OB agad para ma-rule out kung may problema, okay? A few of my mum friends said kapag sobrang init or stress, tumaas ang bleeding nila, kaya rest talaga ang key. Congrats sa baby, mama!
