I took that mommy mga 1 week before i was induced. Lumambot naman ang cervix ko. 3x a day ko sya tinetake. But since hindi bumababa si baby, i was advised na isuppository din sya. For me effective naman and it helped me a lot lalo na hindi ako nag labor naturally.
