Anyone using epi-no for pelvic floor exercise? I also need suggestions for lubricant pregnancy safe
FTM here.

The Epi-No is generally well-regarded for perineal stretching in the lead-up to delivery, the thinking is it may help reduce tearing, and quite a few mums do feel more prepared going in. That said, the honest trade-off is that the long-term research is still limited, so it's worth discussing with your gynae or midwife before starting, especially the timing. For lubricant, most people suggest plain water-based ones with no fragrance or additives, something like Yes Water-Based is commonly mentioned as pregnancy-safe. My own take is that starting pelvic floor exercises early (even just kegels from first trimester) is low-risk and genuinely protective, and you can layer in the Epi-No closer to your third trimester if your doctor gives the green light.
