Any alternative for obimin & fish oil?

my gynae said its OK to skip the fish oil if I really can't swallow, just make sure i take a more balanced diet. for obimin I just forced myself to chew it into smaller bits and swallow with warm water.. though the taste is not nice I just kept psychoing myself that its for my baby and after a while i got used to it. I tried to find chewable prenatal vets initially but they tend to have high sugar content so I decided against it since I don't want to risk GSD
