Lubrication when pumping

FTM. Do you use any spray, oils or nipple creams on your pump outer flange before you start pumping to avoid friction? Does it help and which product did you use ? #FTM

Yes I rubbed a bit of extra virgin organic coconut oil on the flanges before pumping.
