Sanitise nipple before every feed

Ftm here, do we need to sanitise or wash our nipples before every feed and pump? Since we’ll be sweaty or scared our body is dirty #FTM

just wipe with warm water shd b fine... i hv nvr heard of having to sanitize 🤔

Just wash or wipe your nipple with wet cloth should be okay. No need to sanitize.
