Bouncing ball nearing to labour

FTM here. Is it a must to buy the big bouncing ball and bounce on it when youre nearing edd? If yes, whats the benefit and does it work ? #FTM

Not a must but good to have. You can borrow from your friend for sometime if anyone has it ?

not a must. i didnt buy or bounce any. my sis who had 3 kids also didnt 😆
