Spurts of brown spots on neck

FTM in week 21 and suddenly realising all these tiny raised brown spots grew on my neck overnight. Should i be worried or consult a skin specialist?

My colleague grew lots of skin tags on her neck area too when she was pregnant. Maybe can check with gynae. My colleague didn’t remove them until after she gave birth.
