Yellow and thick discharge

Hi! FTM here :) i realized that the past few weeks my discharge is yellow and thick. There is an odor as well and i find that quite a turn off myself. Currently, baby is 11wks. Should i be worried? #pleasehelp #advicepls #pregnancy
