FTM here, do i need to bring tummy binder to hospital? Or use binder post delivery (csect or natural)? #FTM
If you’re planning c sect yes you need binder post delivery. Mine was emergency c sect so no choice bought binder at the hospital
For Csect I think they will require you to bind. Natural no need.
