From when can i start working out post delivery?

the moment your doctor gives you a go-ahead you can start working out. remember that you should always start slow, so that your body gets acquainted to the physical exertion and can take it without getting hurt. also, take proper time before you start. in case of a vaginal birth, you can most likely start in a month or two, but wait for at least 3 months or more if you had a c-sec.
