You can give home-made smoothies to your baby probably after 1 year old, once they have tasted most of the fruits and vegetables, and understand what to avoid in case baby is allergic to it. Not too sure what you mean by health drinks but I reckon that breast milk or infant formula should be the main drinks for babies throughout the first year of life. Things like juices, sports drinks etc contain sugar that can decay teeth and pile on the weight should be avoided till baby is very much older.
