Happy when pregnant

Friends telling me that they are extremely happy when they are pregnant. Seriously i do not understand why and how to be that Happy? Am i abnormal? I am happier when i am not pregnant thou. I just dont understand. During pregnancy i have been experiencing tremendously anger, stress and frustration..
