same like my situation... at 12 week i also don't realized that baby died almost weeks inside my womb.. there are no any symptoms but i only noticed the white discharged mix with slightly pink color spotting.. even when ask to doctor, they will said that one normal unless its become red color bleeding... i just go to clinic for my vaginal discharge, n doctor ask to scan ..she also scan for so long.. then she told that my baby died ready almost 2 weeks.. 😢i can't beleive tat time bcoz no any symptoms...
