My 3 weeks old baby passing stool each and every feeding

Hi frens I'm so confused. Now my 3 week baby on frisolac comfort.. After each feeding he passing watery stool in yellow colour. I don't know taht is diarrhea or watery stool But I got saw a small dot of blood stain Isit normal? Or any advice??
