I think pregnancy exhaustion can hit very differently with each pregnancy 🥲 Especially with a full-time job + already having other kids to care for. Even if you sleep enough, your body is still working overtime growing a baby. But since the tiredness is quite significant, maybe ask your gynae to check things like: * iron levels/anemia * thyroid * blood sugar * vitamin D/B12 I know a few mums whose extreme fatigue improved after finding out they were low in iron even while taking prenatal vitamins. Small frequent meals, more protein, hydration, and short movement breaks during work also helped me a bit. Hope you get some relief soon ❤️
