Medication during pregannt

Just found out I'm pregnant, according to clear blue digital test kit. It shows pregnant 2-3. Am so worry as I'm having cough, sore throat early on. Took antibiotic (augmentin), cough syrup (dhasedyl) and lozenges. At that point should be around 31 jan, (ard 3weeks ago), I did not I'm pregnant at all. Will it affect anything?
