Is Nan milk heathy? Cause my daughter cheek got heat rash. What should I do?

Hi! My baby took NAN too and have no problem! But there was once that he had heat rash but most likely because of the cats we have at home. Went to poly, doc recommended putting lotion after bath. I use cetaphil, safe for baby :)
