For those employers giving off days to their helpers. May I know how many hours do your helper goes during off days?

Do you mean how many hours the helper spends outside the house during her off day? My neighbour's nanny/helper will spend half a day (say 9am to 3pm) at the church on Sundays to worship, volunteer and socialize with her other helper friends from the same congregation.

My aunt gives her filipino maid a rest day on Sunday. Her maid would go to the church in the morning and meet up with her sister in the afternoon. She typically leaves around 9am and reaches home around 5pm.

MOM guideline requires at least 8 hours. We give our helper 8 hours (9-5 or 8-4), sometimes she ask for more, we accept too. But default we give is 8 hours.
