For breastfeeding mummies, can share your quick fix lunch? Especially for days that you're taxed with an uncomfy baby during lunch hour or you have had a heavy breakfast but still wish to have something nutritious & enough to last till dinner time. Thanks!
So far, i'll make avocado milkshake, banana, oat biscuits, yogurt, almond nuts, cereal drink/milo/milk (whatever combi i deem like) - i.e.food that i have which are available at home.
Usually i will do wraps or sandwiches.
Have some ready made filling like egg mayo, tuna mayo or salmon mayo(milk booster)
I just wrap it with some cherry tomatoes and have it.
It's filling and quick too
