1.5 year old food intake/recipe
i have run out of ideas for the food… any recommendations for the balance diet for the 1.5 year old toddler so that he can have more variety of food… now he only eat porridge and mian xian for lunch and dinner… i give him spinach, mushroom, carrot, corn, beets, fresh bean, broccoli, tofu, cherry tomato, chicken, pork, fish, egg, pumpkin, huai shan, radish, sweet potato for the snack is yogurt with fruits like apple, pear, avocado, watermelon, banana, blueberries and papaya for breakfast is milk and a slice of bread any other ideas?
