insyallah akan hilang ..Bila baby da bergerak..sabaq ya dear..mcm sy anak sulung sampai nk lahir pon masih nk muntah..skrg mgandung yg second alhamdulilah sampai 18 weeks je alah..

Tak ada nasihat selain banyak bersabar.. Kita memang tak berdaya rasa nak makan.. Tapi mesti makan walaupun banyak muntah.. Sebab nak khasiat tu sikit untuk baby dlm rahim..

Small frequent meals, avoid oily foods. Find out what works for u. For me plum candy and rainbow mentos helps. For some people plain biscuits helps.

Sy masuk kndungan 5 bln bru hlang rasa mntah2.. Sume mknan x lalu. Air yg ada susu apatah lagi, mmg akan muntah. Dpt makan nsik laok ikan masin je
