Birthclub: December 2024

14 weeks still with morning sickness

#firsttimemom is it okay if I still have food aversion until now. I cant eat healthy foods like vegetables, fruits, I cannot drink any milk. I’m trying but I’m always ended up to vomit. I’m worried that my baby cannot get enought nutrients. :’( I cant eat and still no apetite huhu

It’s normal. I have food aversion throughout my whole pregnancy journey. I make sure I eat my obimin multi vitamin, fish oil and calcium supplements everyday. Try to take some fruits instead! Or you can eat in small meals. It will be better. Even though I did not eat well and losing weight, I am glad my baby still grow well. So as long as your gynae said your baby is growing well, don’t worry!
